Ingredients:
8 oz. macaroni (2 cups), uncooked
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 large egg, slightly beaten
3 cups, cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package; drain. Mix all ingredients, reserving 3/4 cup cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake in buttered baking dish until bubbly on top; approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
