Ingredients:
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into 2" balls and bake 9-11 minutes at 350 degrees.
